It's me again

Oh yeah...its' me..."the real me" again for a brief while. Been really long since I got time to scribble down my day's chitter chatter. Been away from home ...day 2 today. I am surprised at how uneasy I am feeling of being so "free" ... there's nothing much to do...had a good day today... :)
Chennai is a good city...it's my first time stay here..though i've come here earlier a couple of times, never actually stayed back here. Through the day's work and lo! totally totally free in the evening. Thought I'll go shop...but did not really like anything :(

Yipppie...I am a mom!!!!

After what seemed like an endless wait that kept going on and on and on and that kept making me feel really sick at times and restless at others...I finally have my lil baby in my arms.
She is one of the most beautiful things in my life. Today she is 13 days old. I find myself in a paradoxical situation...a few days ago I just was waiting...waiting desperately for her arrival and today that she is with me...I can't believe that I really really have her!!! Funny thing.

The new phase of life has just begun...and as I always say, I am ...but ...just a Student!

the wait seems endless......

I am nearing 37 weeks and the wait seems endless.

I remember all the excitement that was in the beginning....the excitement of slowly counting days until the given due date...feeling tickled every passing day, it nears the due date..but that's when all the patience seems to be over!

It's only a matter of guessing now...today or tomorrow..may be this week or the next... whew..all I can do is just wait wait and wait....(gets me cranky and lousy)

I may sound a little impatient...but then; imagine the feeling of the baby wiggling all the way one's tummy, the maternal instinct has to kick in!
I just start daydreaming of how great it would be to hold the little one! And the feeling the baby in my arms for the very first time....(Gosh..such teary eyed merry event!)

Well...there's nothing much I can do right now other than just wait...and enjoy all the pampering that I get hehehe :)

Been almost 2 years since I stepped into this new world...yep the time that started from my wedding to now... and continues. I have seen a lot of things in this new world of mine. Some really great events, some not so good. Overall each passing day has been a learning experience.
The change started from being a full time Professional to a full time homemaker. From a brash personality to a tad simpler person.The way I spoke, behaved and even dressed! everything has changed, far for good.

I do have a few regrets, though not as many. Initially,I did find that the ups and downs of life have been harsh...but now I realize they were only to make me a better person.

I may at times sound like a different person, but it ain't that actually...I just have learnt to cope better and am learning to "respond" and not "react"....learning to be seen as a "Determined individual" and not a "stubborn being"....
